Phase 1 built the parts every later feature depends on. This is where each planned item stands today.

| Publisher dashboard | Shipped as the console: proofs, verdicts, traffic reports and certificate exports. |
| Separate click proofs | Not kept. Click activity is part of each view proof’s behaviour signals. |
| Consumer ID app | Dropped. Traffic proofs need nothing installed on the visitor’s device, so the consumer app is being retired. |
